Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, one has an ensuite and one has a built-in desk and upstairs is another bedroom! So that is 5 in total. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, downstairs are 1 King, 1 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with trio bunks (double on the bottom and single on the top). There is another downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath and a laundry with a front loader washing machine. The bedrooms have Nobo style heaters and upstairs has a R/C air conditioner.
Upstairs is an open plan living/dining area offers floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is neat and functional with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the other required amenities. Double sliding doors lead out to a large deck with built in outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining/lounge area inviting you to enjoy a cool drink on a lazy summer afternoon - or just anytime really.

PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs, your well-behaved fur baby is welcome but not permitted on furniture and we ask you do not leave them unattended at a strange home as they can become upset and vocalise which would upset neighbours.
Please do NOT park on the front lawn.
