The large open plan design upstairs allows the family to reconnect and relax and the house is large enough to accommodate eight people. High ceilings and blackbutt timber floors add to the spacious modern feel. Smart TV.
This is an executive style beach-house with a fully equipped granite kitchen and an open plan lounge / dining with seating for eight. Outside on the rear deck is a BBQ and a table with seating for eight. Upstairs are three bedrooms - master with king bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two x single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bath.
Downstairs is a large bedroom with two single beds as well as a TV and DVD providing an alternative space for children. This room has direct access to the downstairs deck area. The laundry and outdoor shower are also located downstairs along with a double lock up garage.
Sleeps eight in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed and four x single beds.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
