The apartment is located within the grounds of a heritage listed house dating back to 1837. While it is a private residence we welcome guests to our apartments, sharing its history and proximity to the city. Meandering about the garden can be arranged with the owners during your stay.

The Royal Yacht Club, Salamanca and University of Tasmania are all less than 15 minutes walk. It is a 5 minute drive from Hobart CBD.\n\nEach apartment has independent access. Smart TVs and streaming facilities along with Bluetooth speakers in each apartment. Most of our guests enjoy eating out, our kitchenette provide fridge, kettle & toaster with coffee making facilities. Our larger apartments have dishwasher and microwave. BBQ is available. All bathrooms have underfloor heating.
